Partner With Us

At Hink, we don’t just design—we collaborate.

We work with founders, teams, and organizations who care about clarity, consistency, and doing it right. Sometimes that means a focused project. Other times it means ongoing support. Often, it starts with one and evolves into the other.

Ongoing Brand Support

For brands that want a trusted partner for the long run.

Ongoing support works best as a committed partnership, not a one-off experiment. We typically begin with a short minimum engagement to allow time for momentum, context, and real progress.

Lightweight Support

Best for teams who need occasional design help and strategic guidance.

Common work at this level includes:

  • Social and digital graphics

  • Light brand audits and cleanup

  • Simple updates to existing assets

  • Ongoing brand guidance and check-ins

This tier works well as an entry point or for organizations with lighter, intermittent needs.

Core Support

Designed for growing teams who rely on design regularly and want dependable support.

Common work at this level includes:

  • Presentation and pitch decks

  • Marketing and sales materials

  • Digital and print assets

  • Campaign or initiative support

  • Ongoing refinement of brand systems

This is often the right fit for teams who want consistency without the full-time overhead.

Embedded/Enterprise Support

For organizations with more complex needs, multiple stakeholders, or larger initiatives that benefit from deeper involvement.

This level may include:

  • Brand refreshes and phased roll-outs

  • Cross-channel campaigns

  • Multi-phase initiatives

  • Strategic collaboration with internal teams

Scope and cadence are tailored to ensure the right level of focus and support.

Project-Based Work

For focused needs, specific initiatives, or a clear next step.

Not every engagement starts as an ongoing partnership. We regularly take on clearly scoped, project-based work for brands who need design support around a specific moment, milestone, or idea.

For many clients, project work is the first step. Once the foundation is in place, ongoing support can be a natural way to keep things moving without starting from scratch each time.

A Few Common Questions

Do we need to know exactly what we need before starting?
Not at all. Many clients come in with a general sense of what’s ahead. We’ll help prioritize and shape the work together.

Is ongoing support hourly?
No. Support is structured around momentum and outcomes, not tracking time. Internally, we manage capacity to keep work thoughtful and sustainable.

Can we start with a project instead?
Yes. Many relationships begin with a clearly scoped project and evolve into ongoing support once there’s a solid foundation in place.

What if our needs change over time?
Support levels can be adjusted as things evolve, with notice. We’ll always aim to find a structure that makes sense for the work you need.

Is this a good fit for nonprofits or smaller teams?
Often, yes. Lightweight and Core support are designed to work well for teams with limited internal resources who still need consistent design support.
