The Way We Work

  • This is the initial conversation where we'll cover your brand overview, what problem needs solved, and how we might be able to help. We’ll also discuss any project restrictions like budget and timeline.

  • After our call, we’ll put together a document outlining the project scope and include important details including deliverables, schedule and expected cost.

  • To make things official, all projects require a signed agreement and a deposit (usually 50% of the estimated project fee). Remaining payments will be outlined in the agreement.

  • This step is vital. We're great at making things pretty, but what good are they to you if they don't align with your brand goals?

    We use this time to develop a deeper understanding of your brand. We examine where you currently are, and where you aspire to be, and then we get to work.

  • We start with moodboards to align on what vibe feels right for your brand, and will continue to reference your choices as we move forward.

    For larger projects with multiple deliverables, we often create a stylescape. This step incorporates colors, typography, photography direction and a few design samples. It's incredibly helpful to keep your team and ours on track as design moves forward.

  • This is where we put all of the research, planning, and strategy to work! Presentations will show assets in real-life scenarios to keep things practical. All of your feedback will be addressed. Always.

  • Once everything is approved, it’s time to deliver! We’ll clean up our files and share a flexible set of assets that can be used across any platform. We frequently accommodate specific requests from printers, developers, marketing teams, etc., so if you need something different than what we provide–just ask!

  • Flexible design support to keep your brand sharp without adding headcount.

    Once your foundation’s in place, we offer lightweight, reliable creative help that’s built for momentum, not micromanagement.

  • After the final payment is made, we remain available to answer your questions, to consult on how the new brand assets are being applied, or to recommend supporting vendors. We're here for you now and in the future.
